You see, I can understand each word and I'm pretty good in idioms & so on... but what is the meaning in this case?

'Make-up Sex' means the Sex after an argument! Like when 2 people argue, then they make up and proclaim their love for each other and end up in bed having rigorous and sometimes even rough sex!
At least thats what it mean to me, :-)
